Dems Bringing Web Ad Against House Republicans' "Budget" To TV

The Democratic National Committee has just announced that they'll be taking a recent Web ad to television, attacking the GOP's "budget" -- which crashed after it became clear tat the unveiling that there were no actual numbers, just talking points.

The Web-ad-turned-TV-ad shows cable TV pundits ripping into the budget announcement -- indeed, the commentators seemed angry that the House Republicans were wasting everybody's time:

The DNC will be airing the ad on DC cable -- essentially making this an effort to boost the visibility of the attack among the Washington media set, going into the budget votes expected to take place this week.

I'd rather see "Hit and Run" on television.

Yea hit and run is awesome.

I just saw it. It's the best ad I've seen in quite awhile. The music, and that disturbing blurred image at the end.

They should run that sucker on TeeVee.

Link, please.

Yes! I like this much better than the 0 budget ad. Actually, opening with hit and run and following a bit later with 0 budget would be a great double play.

*Very* good ad! How's that for kicking them when they're down! Yes!! :)))))))))

I like a proactive DNC. Hell, I like proactive Democrats. What a concept.

I like the "O" ad because it puts the media in a corner where they have to side with the DEMs because they called out the GOPs phony attempt what is was from the get go. When you start out with the media already comitted to your side, it's smart to capitalize on that and run with it. The "hit and run" ad would be a nice one-two punch.
