Obama: Global Coordination Needed For Global Crisis
In this weekend's YouTube Address, President Obama discussed the work of the G-20 leaders to fix the global economy:

"Ultimately, the only way out of a recession that is global in scope is with a response that is global in coordination," said Obama. "That is why I'm pleased that after two days of careful negotiation, the G20 nations have agreed on a series of unprecedented steps that I believe will be a turning point in our pursuit of a global economic recovery."

RNC Video: Obama Inherited A Fiscal Crisis, Is Making It Worse
In this weekend's RNC YouTube, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) gives the GOP's rebuttal on the budget -- and concedes the White House's point that the problems it is facing are inherited, rather than of its own making:

"There is no doubt that President Obama inherited a fiscal crisis," said Ryan. "But the question is, is he fixing it or is he making it worse? The President's budget, which passed the House and Senate this week, will make the crisis much, much worse."

Obama's Day In Europe
President Obama spent the day in Strasbourg, France, meeting with French President Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and other European heads of state. The group attended a 3:30 a.m. ET tribute to NATO military personnel. President Obama attended a 4:15 a.m. ET tribute to NATO military personnel. Obama met with leaders of Greece at 7:30 am. ET. He held a news conference at 8:15 a.m. ET. At 9:25 a.m. ET, President Obama and Michelle Obama left Strasbourg for Prague, meeting U.S. Embassy Personnel at 11 a.m. ET.

Vice President Biden is spending the day in Wilmington, Delaware, and does not have any public events scheduled.

Obama: NATO Sending More Troops And Trainers To Afghanistan
During his news conference today in Strasbourg, President Obama announced that NATO has agreed to send 5,000 more troops and trainers to Afghanistan. When a reporter asked what the message to terrorists should be, Obama replied: "We are going to keep on going until we get this job done. And they should be clear that we are unified, we are strong; they will not wear us down. We are going to complete our mission so that our people are safe."

Obama Broker Deal With Turkey For New NATO Head
President Obama arranged for Turkey to drop its objections to the new appointment of the new Secretary-General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen of Denmark, after making promises that one of Rasmussen's deputies would be a Turk, and that the country's commanders would have a presence in NATO. Turkey had been threatening to veto Rasmussen over his country's handling of the controversial political cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad in 2006.

Michelle Obama's Plans Disrupted By Anti-War Protesters
Michelle Obama had to cancel her plans to visit a cancer research center, accompanied by French First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and German First Gentleman Joachim Sauer, after a large crowd of anti-war protesters, clashing with police, made it unfeasible to get through to the building and back.

Ryan: I Apologize To Europe For Saying We're Becoming Like Them -- We're Worse
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) told The Hill that he was wrong to repeatedly accuse President Obama of turning America into Europe. "We owe them an apology because our budget is worse than theirs," said Ryan. "To suggest that we're turning our budget into a European kind of a budget is unfair ... it's unfair to Europe."
