Bill Clinton: I Do Hope Cheney Gets Some More Target Practice
Former President Bill Clinton has a clever response to former Vice President Dick Cheney's public criticism of the Obama Administration, CNN reports.
"I wish him well," Bill said, adding that "it's over," presumably a reference to the Bush-Cheney years being done with.
Bill added: "But I do hope he gets some more target practice before he goes out again."

Subtle yet spot on.

Dick doesn't want it to be over, and so far the media are granting his wish.

You are correct, Sir!

Let Cheney run his mouth. So far he's publicly admitted authorizing imposition of the crime of torture. And expressly implicated Bush in that crime.
And I know of no law or rule which prohibits tthe use of those admissions as evidence against them in a court of law. Especially as they are wholly voluntary, and NOT the result of torture.

Bill can be so very funny.
I think Cheney's head exploded at the "It's over" comment, coming from Bill Clinton. Will the wingnuts go crazy because a former President is criticizing a former Vice President????????????
Maybe I'll mosey on over to Redstate to see.
Then again, I forgot my hazmat gear today, so maybe not.

Agreed. I have to think that Bill's been itching to say that line for a loooooooong time... :)

Cheney, like Palin, is best viewed as a joke, around primarily to keep Saturday Night Live supplied with material.

And as a reminder that the Republican party is and will remain -- if Cheney has anything to say about it -- marginalized far-right lunatic fringe.
Did I suggest in that that Cheney is mentally twisted? Let me make it explicit:
Cheney is mentally twisted.

This is fantastic!
The more Cheney goes in front of the cameras and ties himself tighter and tighter with Limbaugh the more discredited he and the Republican party will become.
Seriously, this guy is doing yeomens work in helping us expose him and the Republicans to the light of day.
And here I thought I would never see this day come...my G-d, Cheney is wanting to hand it to me on a silver platter!
I never thought I would say this to Dick...uh...thank you!

As long as you say it to him when he is behind bars for war crimes...

Josh on the front page has reporting that amplifies that yeoman's work. Confirm Veep urges waterboarding to verify ludicrous Bush position that Stalinist Saddam buddied around with terrorists, who he'd kill in a heartbeat if he had any chance.
This completely undermines what has been said in Cheney's defense, i.e., the ticking timebomb malarkey.

What makes it sickening is how many catapults have been made available for him and his daughter's propaganda. I'm surprised Lynne hasn't been on the yak shows too.

Not to worry. Lynne is being channeled Michelle Malkin.

Maybe some of the stuff on that site is correct, I certainly don't fancy Darth Cheney, but the layout and presentation makes it look like an old geocities page and lacks credibility.
I couldn't get more than 2 paragraphs in before closing the tab.

Remember that Cheney thinks he is the head of a secret shadow government that controls all. Never mind who is the current president, Cheney still is calling the shots, in his own mind. We need to check with Jack Bauer to see if we can foil Cheney's evil plans.

Bill is smart: The best way to undermine Cheney is to make him a figure of mockery and fun.

Cheney can do that all by himself.
