Limbaugh Claims Brad Miller Death Threat Story Is "All B.S."
On his show today, Rush Limbaugh claimed that the story about Rep. Brad Miller (D-NC) receiving a death threat over the health care bill is in fact a lie. Just get a load of Limbaugh's mocking tone:
The fun thing is that if you pay close attention, Limbaugh is almost exactly quoting our post from when we broke the story yesterday. Rush Limbaugh -- or an intern/assistant of his, at least -- apparently reads TPM!

On future Limbaugh stories, could you please avoid posting any picture of him on the main page. The sight of this creature truly disgusts me.
I'm still suffering flashbacks of all the footage of him bouncing up and down at the GOP (or CPAC, whatever it was) conference he talked at earlier this year.

I don't listen to Flush Limbo so I didn't go to the clip but couldn't Miller sue Limbo for slander -- for, in effect, being called a liar. While it is hard for a public figure to win such a suit Limbo is unlikely to have made any attempt to check the truth of his assertion.

It was not too many summers ago, Rush was stopped at Miami airport with Viagra in his luggage, a violation of his previous drug charge settlement. The Viagra rx was in another person's name. Rush was coming back from the Dominican Republic. DR is considered the Bangkok of the Americas, heavy prostitution trade there, including child prostitution. Rush was there on vacation with a couple male buddies. Maybe the whole thing was very innocent - I'm just sayin'.
You'd be surprised how many people still do not know about this story, including many well informed people. Cut and paste this and email it to people you know.

He's had it at least since the very early '70's. That's how he skipped the draft. And it had to be chronic to skip the draft. That means it won't ever go away. Or,otherwise he would have cured it and done his military service.
