Former Massachusetts Lt. Gov. Kerry Healey, a Republican who ran unsuccessfully for Governor in 2006, has announced that she will not run for Ted Kennedy's Senate seat. Other potential GOP candidates are looking at the race -- including former U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan, state Sen. There was a reporter from CQ on C-SPAN this morning, and as he addressed Obama and the health care issue he referenced "the left" in a pejorative way. I tried to get through on the phone to tell him that if "the left" had no influence on this bill then there would be no 'reform', just tinkering at the edges.
I also would have told him that we're where we are because "the left' has had so little influence on the final bills passed over the last 15 years.
Much of the damage to the populace the Republicans have done over the years , with the help of the MSM, wass to make the words "liberal" and "left" synonymous with evil.

PLEASE ENCOURAGE everyone TO LET CONGRESS and PRESIDENT OBAMA KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT IN HEALTH CARE REFORM. ONE EASY WAY THEY CAN DO THIS IS BY USING THE PDF FORM AT GOOGLE DOCUMENTS THAT I CREATED USING THE HOUSE RESOLUTION 3200 OFFICIAL SUMMARY, AS WELL AS PRESIDENT OBAMA'S LIST OF WHAT HE WANTs IN HEALTH CARE REFORM. THIS IS AN EASY CHECKLIST OF FEWER THAN 50 ITEMS. We, the government, of the people, by the people, and for the people must stand up and SPEAK! DO IT TODAY....BE VIRILE...OR VIRAL....BUT USE THE FORM AND SPEAK YOUR MIND. We CAN, we MUST, we WILL!

Ok, this is an interesting and depressing fact. The US has had zero job growth for the last 10 years. ZERO! First time in US history. That is a frightening number.
