TPMDC has learned that House Democrats are whipping the new health care bill Speaker Nancy Pelosi introduced this morning.
Here's the text of the question Democratic members must respond to this afternoon.

I think they should wait on whipping it until the legislators have a chance to actually read the final version.

I mean, let's be serious. Several will not read the entire bill. But even for the astute representatives that are competent enough to do their jobs, no one is going to be able to read a 1990 page bill in three hours.
