You may have thought that conservatives had mastered the art of attacking Democratic health care reform proposals. But conservative Fox News host Glenn Beck proved last night that there's always more to learn, comparing the Obama initiative to child rapist Roman Polanski.
"We're the young girl saying, 'No no! Help me!' and the government is Roman Polanski. In the end I think we're all going to be cowering in France."
Coincidentally, people "cowering" in France enjoy the best health care system in the world.

Meh. Teabaggers have already compared the American people to victims of the Nazi Holocaust (someone on Fox has probably done that too, but I wouldn't know). Compared to that, drawing an analogy to Samantha Geimer is pretty tame (albeit still disgusting).

I'm trying really hard to find an apt analogy and the one that comes to mind is that Glenn Beck is like a meat grinder. But, instead of meat being fed into it, it's just raw sewage, crusty things found under a first grader's chair, stuff scraped off the floor of a porn theater, and slaughterhouse waste infected with bovine spongiform encephalopathies (mad cow) which would account for the effects of prolonged exposure to Glenn Beck on his most avid fans.

Beck is a fixed point of the negative analogy function. He is like himself.
If nearby points, e.g. O'Reilly, are comparable to things/people which are not quite as bad, then you know you've reached at least a local low point.
(I'm not saying that's true, mind.)

Perhaps this is his personal revenge for all that stuff about 'why won't Glenn Beck deny that he raped and killed a young girl??' etc. etc.

Which, by the way he has yet to respond to the allegation. Some people say it is because he is scared of losing his last three sponsors. That girl and her family deserve justice.
Oh Glenn, you are an unending source of entertainment. You and Palin should host a variety show.

Wait, I can't believe I'm even trying to find logic in Glenn Beck, but: if "we're the girl", how do "we" end up "cowering in France"? Isn't that Polanksi?
"We" should be so lucky. Those lucky enough to live in France have health care that would make the average American weep with joy.

And that proves what, exactly? It certainly doesn't disprove the certifiable fact that he and his cult followers are the biggest asshole douche bags on the planet. Gullible, dumb beyond belief, it's a scientific wonder that Beck fans have the brain power to continue breathing.
If you believe a word out of this fake-crying liar's pie hole you are the dumbest fuck on the planet. End of discussion.

Glenn Beck somehow can't even get his F'up analogies right as Bill E Pilgrim pointed out. GB is the king of wingnut douschebags. He's the Elmer Fudd of the conservative movement.

No, the relationship between Beck the Con-man and his dumb audience of dupes is consensual. They want to be lied to.
After 25 years of Rush, it's what conservatards expect, to be fed a pleasing narrative by their lying media multimillionaires.

I've got it. Beck's audience is Marion Silver (Jennifer Connelly's character) from Requiem for a Dream and Beck is Big Tim (Keith David's character). His audience is willing to humiliatingly twist their values, morals and ideals in exchange for a fleeting taste of numbing freedom and escape from the harsh realities of the world. Yet sadly they need to continue going back for more, further compromising themselves, otherwise the cold hard facts of how far they have gone astray will be painfully obvious to them.
Or to put it more simply, Beck's audience is willing to go a-to-a in order to have someone else to blame for the results of their own easily manipulated world view.

Enough already! Has he no shame? Is there anything that he will not stoop to? When does the body politic simply say enough and demand that this type of mindless drivel be silenced?
The off switch needs to be thrown on Beck and on any outlet that cannot see the destructive, tasteless and shameful rhetoric polluting our political processes and public discourse. Enough, enough, enough!

Wow, in your warped mind and the warped mind of the poster of that youtube video you think Pelosi and Boxer were calling conservatives Nazis, when in fact they were complaining that teabagger's where bringing inappropriate signs to the townhalls to equate the Dems with Nazis.
And as proof you say that because the Nazi Party is the National Socialist party, that it must be the Dems supporters who brought the signs because all Dems are socialists? National socialism is not socialism, it's national socialism, which combines aspects of (obviously) fervent nationalism and socialism. And lets not even consider the fact the Nazism is a subset of National Socialism, or that Nazism happens to be a right-wing authoritarian politically ideology.
Another example of people just hearing what they want to hear.
