A new CNN poll finds further evidence that Americans don't think Sarah Palin is qualified for President -- and that Hillary Clinton, the country's other top woman in politics, is qualified.
The numbers on Palin: qualified 28%, not qualified 70%.
By contrast, the same question was asked about Hillary Clinton -- and 67% of Americans say that she is qualified to be president.
Among Republicans only, 54% say Palin is qualified, and 44% say she is not.

It's really an insult to even ask that question.. not just to Hillary (whose IQ must be 50 points higher than that of Palin), but to intelligent women everywhere.
Palin is an embarassment. But, everyone keeps giving her attention, so..

Clinton is in a whole other much higher class.
Palin hasn't even made it into the "competent" class.
Palin hasn't even made it out of the "Quitter" class.

Shorter CNN: "Man, our ratings sure were good during the 2008 Presidential campaign. Let's talk about that stuff again."

Cnn is really sucking wind lately. I tried to watch a little yesterday and it was aweful. Boring, not insightful, talking points, and local interest stories about some poor child that was kidnapped. What is the point of that one? Pathetic.

From what I have seen of the entire thug party, not one of them is qualified to be President. When I hear some of the representatives and senators speaking, I am mortified that these people are actually in charge of making laws.

But not as sad as 54% of republicans saying she IS qualified. That, my friend, is the sad figure in all of this.

That says so much about just how radicalized the GOP has become. With a little luck, the GOP primary voters will put up a field of whacky Palinistas to go up against credible Dem candidates in 2010.
But with the GOP imploding into a pile of incompetent radicals, why are our Dem's still so timid and tentative? If this isn't the time to push for fundamental reforms, from a meaningful public option to financial reform that returns us to the pre-Reagan regulatory structure, than when will the right time be?

By the most amazing coincidence, that would be the same percentage that thought George W. Bush was doin' a bang-up job right up to the end.

I did not like Hillary during the primaries, but she was and is far far far far above Palin in every way. There is no comparison.

I think the Repubtards who are in awe of the Wassillabilly Grifter thought that being President is like being Homecoming Queen. The Repubtards are a sad lot.
