The Democratic National Committee's Organizing for America spinoff of the Obama campaign has been bragging about their calling efforts for health care reform for months.
Today, the tally is in.
Per the DNC:
OFA has dropped more than 1 million calls on Congress on health care reform and held nearly 25,000 events on the ground in Congressional districts.
Keeping a close watch on the Senate floor debate, the DNC also "dropped 181 fact checks on Republicans," they tell TPMDC.

OFA made a million calls to ASK people to make calls. No data on the flake rate...how many people actually followed through instead of saying yes just to get off the phone. They don't know or care, a million calls made them look busy (btw, the million doesn't include contacts, but attempts).
If OFA had just offered Nelson total Medicaid reimbursement they would have only had to make one call.
OFA has turned out to be a tool for the administration, volunteers dropped like flies as the bill got diluted and they realized no one at OFA was going to fight.

I second Safety First. OFA has turned into little more than a rah rah organization. Had Obama really championed elements that would constitute health reform like a public plan, a buy-in to medicare, or drug reimportation, they would have had no trouble getting many millions to make calls. People that are paying attention can hardly get excited about another corporate giveaway.
