Rep. Michele Bachmann has raised $1.55 million for her reelection campaign, a spokesman said.
Bachmann (R-MN) raised $591,600 in the fourth quarter of 2009 and has $1 million cash on hand.
The money came from nearly 9,000 contributors, her campaign said.
As we reported earlier, Bachmann's home state governor Tim Pawlenty raised nearly $1.3 million from 2,750 donors in the fourth quarter.
Bachmann spokesman Dave Dziok issued this statement:
Americans everywhere are fed up with the reckless liberal agenda of higher taxes, more spending, more government bailouts and takeovers, and rising deficits and debt emanating from the Democratic Majority in Washington. Clearly, Congresswoman Bachmann's common sense message of individual liberty and fiscal responsibility is resonating loud and clear with the hearts and minds of her constituents. After all, you can't have almost 9,000 individual contributors from Minnesota without being in tune with the voters. The numbers speak for themselves, and the campaign couldn't be stronger.

9,000 donors? I wonder how many are actually from her district?

Time to meet up with Coulter back at Castle Greyskull and figure out how to spend it all.

We must all contribute to the lovely Michelle's campaign! Never before in our nation's history has there been such a combination of Max Factor glamor and insanity in one perfect package. Support Michelle by sending her a tub of Foundation in tawny peach, bright orange or rosacea red!

And she has some massive number of children (some or all adopted).
Just the thought is cringe-worthy.

She is a national candidate for her district seat. If I was the Dem challenging her that's how I'd frame her.
On the other hand that is what Rep. Grayson is trying to do down in Fla be the netroots candidate to greatly increase his fundraising potential.

WACKO ALERT....WARNING this woman has no concept of reality and citizens are warned to use a mask and googles to avoid her RABID condition contaminating decent people, and that smell when your near her? It is not the dog, well it is a RABID DOG but not a four legged one, its a lack of sanitation and refusal to seek medical help to deal with the source of the smell.
