Orly Taitz, the best-known national activist in the Birther movement, has posted a statement on her blog slamming Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), for posting a Web ad that attacked his opponent in the Republican primary, former Rep. J.D. Hayworth, by tying Hayworth to Taitz and the Birthers.
In her statement, Taitz accuses McCain of improperly influencing various federal judges who are set to rule on her various motions and lawsuits against Obama's eligibility to be president.
Taitz also calls upon McCain to join her, as a plaintiff in her lawsuits: "He has the best standing to file Quo Warranto. Senator McCain could withstand torture by Vietnamese communists for years, he can withstand putting his signature on the pleadings. If I could withstand constant deaththreats, tampering with my car, convicted forgers submitting perjured testimony in different courts to undermine my law license, Obama'sbrown shirts in the media and government constantly insulting me, assaulting, harassing and subjecting to retaliations; I am sure he can withstand putting his signature on the pleadings." (All typos, spelling and grammatical errors in the original.)
Here is another key excerpt:
Today he released a National re-election campaign add, where he included a clip of my NBC interview and where he is saying that we have more important things to do, then deal with Obama's illegitimacy to presidency. This is a despicable behavior. Though I respect McCains military record, his latest add is appalling. There is nothing more important today then the issue of Obama's illegitimacy to US presidency, the issue of Obama sitting in the White House and fraudulently using SocialSecurity number 042-68-4425 that was issued in CT to an individual born in 1890.
By releasing this add McCain is not only ignoring the most important issue, the country is facing today, but he is also influencing Chief Judge of the US District Court for the District of Columbia Royce Lamberth, who is supposed to render in 12 days a decision on my Application for preliminary Injunction in Taitz v Obama, he is influencing the Appellate judges in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, who are supposed to render a decision on my appeals in Cook et al v Good et al and Rhodes v McDonald and he is influencing judges in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, who are supposed to decide on my Barnett et al v Obama et al, where I represent 40 high ranked members of US military, State representatives from all over the country and Ambassador Alan Keyes.
Senator McCain owes me and my clients an apology and an opportunity to discuss this matter with him on the merits on the National TV, as his add was shown all over the National TV and all over the Internet, on a widely watched show, such as Sean Hannity show. (my husband's favorite).
Note: The time stamp on Taitz's post is January 19. This cannot be possible, and appears to be an error on the end of her servers or posting process, because the McCain Web video was only posted this past Tuesday, February 23. She also refers to January 13 as "a little over a month ago." My guess guess is that her posting was put up either Tuesday or Wednesday.

About that January 19th time stamp: Don't you think it's possible Orly owns a time machine? Surely for someone with her expertise in dentistry, law and real-estate, building a time machine would be child's play.

Bah! They would if Obama's secret agents would stop following her back there in their own time machines and shooting their anti-camera fiml tampering ray at her every time she gets a shot.
Why last time, she had a perfect shot of little newborn Barry Soetero in his mother's arms, surrounded by Kenyan nurses, with giraffes and zebra visable through the open window and the mosquito netting, and she even got the two other iterations of herself from her first two time travelling attempts (okay, the first attempt didn't work because she used a digital camera which didn't actually exist in 1961) in the shot. And then the uniformed thugs with the sunglasses materialized at the last possible second, shot her camera with their ray and she was foiled again!

Or she could just talk to the RN who was present at his birth in Hawaii. But Orly's point of view has always been, "DON'T confuse me with the facts." I guess she actually thinks someone from Kenya had his birth announcement put in the Hawaii paper knowing he would someday run for the presidency in America. Poor, poor Orly has grown a permanent tin-foil hat and cannot desist even when ordered by a court. She needs to be convicted of disobeying a judge's order, disbarred then and put in the slammer for a good long time. Thank goodness most Americans are proud of our President and consider Orly a media crazed nut job. She is really to be pitied! As a life long Republican I KNOW that Obama is our legal President and I support him in every way I can, So welcome to reality, JD. Not sure your complaint was not a dog bone to the neocons but insight even late is better than none.

God, I love this woman. The problem with most of the attention-mongers on the right is that the "punishments" we dole out only further their cause. Oh, no, advertisers are politely requesting not to be affiliated with Glenn Beck's radio show for a few weeks! This zero-loss-of-actual-revenue and huge publicity bump will be devastating to him!
And the same thing is true for Orly--so far she's racked up $20,000 in sanctions (plus whatever she might be paying real lawyers), but that's chump change since she can always just beg her audience for more.
The difference being she works for us. With people like Limbaugh and Beck and O'Reilly, there's always the lingering danger that they might actually reach a few people in the middle. I mean, you project a strong personality, crack a few jokes, do it every day for four hours--anything can happen, right? Orly is 100,000 watts of crazy broadcast straight into the fillings in your teeth. Hell, I might send her a few bucks.

You're overestimating the intelligence of people in this state. You're also underestimating the intelligence of people who actually know what JD Hayseed represents. In other words, McCain's numbers may be weakening, but I sincerely doubt he'll lose the primary. If he does, I can only hope that our state Democratic Party gets off their ass and backs a viable candidate. That does NOT include Garcia. My vote would go to Glassman.

I'm not sure how beatable McCain is, but it disgusts me that our party in AZ is so complacent. I've about given up on them.
With a little effort, Rodney Glassman could be a strong contender. But, instead, the only one they list on the site is Rodolfo Garcia. Not only am I not a fan, but with his history of immigration policy, Arizona will eat him alive. This is NOT an immigrant friendly state. Glassman brings much more to the table. But, he’s young and liberal. Not sure what AZ hates more. Young people, liberals or immigrant-huggers. They do love their Veterans and Teabaggers, though.

Just how exactly is "releasing this add (sic)" supposed to be "influencing" the judges - are judges supposed to be living in some kind of politics-free bubble, where they are not exposed to "adds" that by definition are meant to influence people?

Maybe this will help teach JD to shut his big mouth. But, then again, I think he should've learned that by now, at his age. I love how he's trying to avoid the fact that he's said it because he knows it's bad for his campaign. Too bad, JD, your campaign is already doomed because, well, it's you running.

I have to side with McCain on this one. As an Arizonan, I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that we want someone who is going to take charge instead of just pointing fingers and complaining, and it's pretty obvious that JD isn't the type to demonstrate leadership...

After reading her diatribe, I recall with great amusement, a line from "Murder by Death" that was spoken by the lead character played by Truman Capote to Peter Sellers' character based on Charlie Chan: Say your goddam prepositions!
The Orly Sideshow is vastly amusing and seemingly endless. I have followed the comments sections for most articles posted about her and am stunned by the apparent lack of research by most of her supporters. We still hear comments about how the President has spent in the range of $1 million anywhere up to $2 million of taxpayer money to keep his records sealed without ever submitting any actual evidence of payments. After exhausting the Kenya connection their "debate" now rests on some nonsensical notion that our President is a dual citizen and is ineligible for the office. They cite obscure references to the Law of Nations and are convinced that it is law. Again, never any actual proof that it is. That does not stop the endless re-posting of fallacies, lies and obfuscation by posters with little grasp of English usage. But, when all else fails, POST IN ALL CAPS!! As we all know, that makes baseless accusations ring of truth. I recall similar tactics by the un-elites at those town hall meetings last summer. If you yell loud enough it must be true, even though those folks were dupes for the corporate entities pulling the strings!! Sad really.

One thing is to be delusional, but another is to be a patent lier. However, in the case of Orly, she happens to be both. Not withstanding, we respect her political opinion but she will be judged on the credibility of her political arguments.
Orly, the Social Security Act did not start until 1935 and there were no social security numbers issued by the U.S. Gov't prior to that date.

Of course the fact that the Social Security system re-cycles SS#s form dead people, in order to have enough numbers (in a 9 digit string) in a nation of 310 million (8 digit string) where people die and new people are born every day seems to be totally lost on these psychotic dimwits. You have to begin re-using numbers every 15 years or so our you run out of number combination.

The Republican primary in Arizona can be won with 150,000 votes, in a state with 3 million voters.
If a candidate promised to invade New Mexico to annex it to the United States, they would be a sure winner. The nuttier the better for the GOP faithful.
McCain attacking Hayworth for his right-wing lunacy will be seen as more flip-flopping by McCain.
The general election is a different story. Rodney Glassman could beat Hayworth.
