Oh the repukes have been saying they won the "question time" over, and over, and over again. AND their right-wing media whores have been repeating the lie, over, and over, and over again. And now the lie has become the "truth" in public discourse. Goebbels would be proud. I wonder if Goebbels strategy and tactics are required reading for all repukes in congress.
