Since winning the Republican primary on June 8, Nevada Senate candidate Sharron Angle has been rather elusive when it comes to talking to the press. Now, an NBC affiliate in Nevada has resorted to practically begging Angle to give them an interview.
News 4 host Joe Hart reported yesterday that the station had made “numerous attempts to schedule an interview with” Angle, who is running for Majority Leader Harry Reid’s seat. But her staff “did not return many of our calls, and when they did they never made the candidate available for an interview.”
Hart continued: “We would once again, and publicly now, ask Sharron Angle for an interview to discuss the issues she is running on.”
